To Communicate With Mercy

Today at St. Peter’s Square, Pope Francis held a Jubilee Audience and spoke on the meaning of having pity (full text, full video). Outside of that, he also had one private audience.

Of messages, he sent letter to Cardinal Zenon Grocholewski in his capacity as Pope Francis’ Special Envoy to the Belarus National Eucharistic Congress, May 24-26, 2016 (full text in Latin). He also sent a second letter to Cardinal Grocholewski for the consecration of a newly built church in Torun, Poland, to be dedicated on May 18th, the 96th birthday of St. John Paul II (full text).

As well, he made an appointment, sent a tweet:

To communicate with mercy means to help create a healthy, free and fraternal closeness among the children of God. (link)

and posted to Instagram:

Let us show our brothers and sisters the same mercy of God the Father, who always consoles us in our difficulties. #Tenderness, #catholic (link)
