Today for Easter Monday, overlooking St. Peter’s Square, Pope Francis delivered a Regina Coeli Address (full text, full video). Also in the address, he condemned an attack against Christian families in a public park in Lahore, Pakistan.
He also sent a tweet:
Jesus shows us the real face of God, for whom power does not mean destruction but love, and for whom justice is not vengeance but mercy. (link)

Among electronic media, several new things have been released to help promote the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy. There is an app called “365 Days to Mercy” which aids in one living out more fully the Year of Mercy (summary video). As well, the Catholic Bytes Podcast (official website) has launched an initiative called “Misericordia Media” (website link) to help prepare pilgrims coming to Rome for the jubilee to have a richer, more meaningful experience (summary video).
